János Kulka (born 11 November 1958) is a Hungarian actor. He appeared in more than fifty films since 1980, and is a leading stage actor of his generation in Hungary.

János Kulka (11 December 1929 - 18 October 2001) was a Hungarian conductor and composer. Kulka studied in Budapest, where he was born. He was solo repetiteur and later conductor at the Hungarian State Opera House.
